Cake Black Prince on sour cream

To make a biscuit cake you will need
- 2 eggs _
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 tsp soda
To make chocolate balls you will need
- 0.5 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 gr butter
- 400 gr sugar cookies
To prepare the cream you will need
- 200 gr sour cream
- 200 gr condensed milk
Biscuit on sour cream
The sponge cake will be the base of our cake. First, beat the eggs well, gradually adding sugar. After extinguishing the soda in sour cream, add the mixture to the eggs and, continuing to beat, gradually pour in the flour. After shifting the biscuit dough into a greased form, immediately send it to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Cut the cooked and cooled biscuit cake in half.
Chocolate cookie balls
Separately, prepare the third layer - the top of the cake. It will consist of small balls that do not require baking.
First, mix cocoa and sugar - this will avoid the appearance of lumps. Add milk to the mixture, stir well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add butter and stir until completely dissolved.
In the meantime, break the cookies into small pieces, pour them into the milk mixture and mix everything well. We form balls with a diameter of 2 cm and set them aside in the cold.
Cream of sour cream and condensed milk
First, beat the sour cream well, which is better to take with a fat content of 25%. To the already whipped sour cream, add portions of condensed milk and whisk again. I draw your attention to the fact that the finished sour cream on condensed milk will turn out to be quite liquid.
How to decorate the Black Prince cake at home
ATTENTION: to form this dessert, you need to choose a dish with sufficiently high sides. First, we coat with cream two layers of biscuit cake, which we cut earlier. Lubricate the top of the biscuit with cream and spread the chocolate balls from shortbread cookies on top. Pour the collected dessert on top with the rest of the cream.
The cream will drain onto the dish - it's okay. Let it stay there until the next day. Thus, it will well soak the edges of our biscuit cake and it will be quite juicy. Sprinkle the top of the cake with finely chopped wafers, cookies, marshmallows, marmalade, nuts ... This filler is chosen according to your taste. The main thing is to carefully place the topping between the balls, and lightly press down on top with a spoon. We want the top of the cake to be uniform. For decoration, you can rub chocolate on a vegetable grater on top for dessert, pour over glaze or sprinkle with chopped nuts. In the morning, before cutting into pieces, do not forget to collect the cream from the dish and pour it over again on a delicious and very unusual sponge cake with sour cream!
