Biscuit chocolate cake on condensed milk with chocolate custard

To prepare this delicious cake, you do not need to use any expensive and special products. Despite this, the cake looks expensive and soundly, and the rich chocolate taste gives this confectionery a noble sophistication and originality.

To make a biscuit cake base, prepare: 1 can of condensed milk, 1 cup of high-grade flour, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 2 eggs.

To prepare the cream for this cake, stock up: milk - ½ liter, 1 glass of sugar, 2 heaped tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of cocoa and 1 egg.

To prepare the glaze, take 1 bar of chocolate and 3 tablespoons of thirty-five percent cream.

How to make chocolate cake

Before starting the dough, preheat the oven to 180°C. While the oven is preheating, beat the eggs with a mixer, gradually adding the condensed milk.

Mix the flour with cocoa and soda and gradually add this dry mixture to the beaten mass of eggs, gently mixing so as not to disturb its splendor.

Then, you need to pour the resulting dough into the prepared greased form and send the biscuit dough to the oven for 25 minutes.

While the cakes are baking, you can make the custard.

To do this, lightly beat the egg with sugar and add the flour diluted in milk. We keep the resulting mixture on low heat, stirring until the mass thickens. At the end, add the cocoa sifted through a strainer, mix again and remove from heat.

Cut the cooled biscuit cake into three layers. If your cake is not high, then cut it into two parts. Lubricate each layer with cream and put in the refrigerator so that the cakes are soaked.

Usually, after 6 hours, the cake has time to soak. It is taken out of the refrigerator and they begin to prepare the glaze from the chocolate bar and cream broken into pieces. To do this, you need to put the cream with chocolate on low heat and stir until the latter is completely dissolved. It remains only to quickly pour the finished liquid chocolate mass on the cake and wait for the icing to cool. If desired, the top of the cake can be decorated with special sprinkles, grated nuts or grated chocolate.
