Thick fruit and berry impregnation for biscuits and rolls

We will need:
- 400 grams of fresh or frozen cranberries;
- 600 grams of fresh apples;
- 500 grams of granulated sugar;
- 300 grams of gelling sugar;
- 2 pcs. cloves;
- 1 star anise (at your discretion).
How to make an impregnation for a biscuit from cranberries and apples
We put cranberries in a saucepan, add star anise, cloves and cover everything with sugar. Lay out the apple slices on top, which we cut in any shape, since this is not important to us. We put on a slow fire and do not mix. Close the lid and keep for about half an hour.
Then, slightly increase the heat and boil the whole mass for 10 minutes.
We remove the pan from the heat, take out the star anise, cloves and pierce everything with a submersible blender to the state of porridge.
Now, we wipe the whole gruel through a small colander so that all the bones and solid particles remain in it.
We return the grated mass to the pan, pour in the gelling sugar and put everything on fire. From the moment of boiling we detect 10 minutes.
