We put the second cake on the already deposited cream. We check that it lays flat. Then, we repeat the deposition of the cream and the application of the impregnation in the same way as on the first cake. And once again we repeat the same procedure with the third cake, but we do not apply impregnation on it.

Now it's time to decorate the Number cake. To decorate for March 8 , I used figurines that I baked from the same dough and covered some of them with neutral glaze. Then, we distribute small chocolates, lemon dragees and sugar hearts. We remove the decorated cake for 4-5 hours in the cold so that it settles and soaks.
