Brownie pie - a simple biscuit chocolate cake
I am amazed at people who are indifferent to chocolate. I think that everyone loves it, just in different “dosages”, of course, excluding those who cannot take it for medical reasons. Classic chocolate is very popular among desserts and homemade cakes. A delicious cocoa brownie sponge cake is one such treat. My today's recipe is about how to make a chocolate brownie at home. Ingredients:
200 gr milk;
200 gr sugar;
200 grams of refined vegetable oil;
4 tbsp.
spoons with a slide of cocoa; 2 eggs;
1 glass of flour;
1 teaspoon of slaked soda;
vanilla.

How to bake brownies at home
Starting to cook, we will get two bowls: one main (capacious), and the second can be smaller (300 ml).
Mix milk, sugar, vegetable oil and cocoa. Divide the resulting chocolate cocktail into two bowls.
Add eggs, flour with soda and vanilla to the main bowl.
Beat liquid biscuit dough.
It is better to use a rectangular baking dish, not large in area. The height of the cake and its baking time depend on its size.
We bake a chocolate biscuit, check the readiness with a toothpick.
A slightly cooled cake should be poured with the remaining chocolate liquid from a small bowl and placed in the refrigerator (preferably at least 12 hours).
It is best to bake homemade brownies in the evening and leave to soak overnight.
Take out the soaked cake, cut into medium pieces.
