This homemade cake, commonly referred to as sour cream, is easy to make. I don’t know if this recipe is classic, but it’s true sour cream for sure. And confirmation of this is the fact that this delicious dairy ingredient is contained in both the dough and the cream. Sour cream cake is also good because it does not require a lot of time. Its preparation can easily be mastered by the most inexperienced hostess.
To cook this delicious sour cream cake, you need to immediately divide the prepared products into portions for preparing different cakes.
For cakes, you need to prepare the following products:
2 servings of 200 g of sour cream;
2 servings of margarine 100 g each;
2 servings of soda, ½ teaspoon each;
2 servings of flour for 2-2.5 cups;
2 servings of half a glass of sugar;
2 tbsp. cocoa spoons
For the cream, prepare: sour cream 400 g, sugar 150 g, poppy seeds 25 g.
How to cook sour cream
Immediately take two bowls to knead the dough of a different color in each of them. In one we knead the white dough, and in the other - chocolate. In each bowl, measure out one serving of flour, soda and sugar. We mix these products well by hand, add 1 serving of soft consistency margarine and rub the margarine and dry mix of products with our hands in each bowl. In one bowl, add all the cocoa and mix well again. Then, add one serving of sour cream to each bowl and knead separately not very steep soft dough and divide it in half. You will get 2 pieces of white and 2 pieces of chocolate dough.
In the meantime, turn on the oven and heat it up to 200 degrees.
We roll out each piece of the finished dough based on the desired size of the future cake, but not very thin, so that it is convenient to transfer the rolled circle to a baking sheet.
The oven has time to warm up while you roll out the first cake. Send it to a preheated oven and quickly roll out the next piece of dough. During this time, the first cake will be baked. Take it out of the oven and send the rolled second one there. Do this with each subsequent cake. Very quickly, all parts of the cake will be ready.

To prepare the cream, it is enough to beat sour cream with pre-washed poppy seeds and sugar.
While preparing the cream, the cakes will cool down and proceed to smearing the cake with cream. Do not grease the top cake with cream, but pour with glaze. To prepare it, boil the rest of the cream over low heat and cool slightly, pour onto the cake. Send the finished sour cream to the refrigerator for the whole night. That way it will absorb better.
