  • sugar - 180 gr;
  • peeled peanuts - 500 gr;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • milk - 125 ml;
  • baking powder dough - 1 tbsp;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • butter - 2 tbsp.

For layer:

  • thick apricot jam - 3-4 tbsp.

Cream:

  • butter - 150 gr;
  • boiled condensed milk - 300 gr;
  • cognac - 2 tbsp.

To prepare the cream, butter and condensed milk must be at the same room temperature, otherwise the cream will delaminate. To avoid such an accident, keep another 50 grams of oil in reserve, which will help correct the situation if necessary.

Beat soft butter for 2-3 minutes. Then, one spoonful add boiled condensed milk. At the end of whipping, add cognac 1 tablespoon at a time. It greatly ennobles the cream. Try the cream on the taste without it and with it. Compare and you will always add cognac, as I do. Don't worry about children - per one eater you get such a minuscule amount of alcohol that its mass can be considered a statistical error. 🙂
