Chocolate Cherry quick cake - delicious honey biscuit cake with cherries and condensed milk
There is a cake " Drunken Cherry ", in which the berries are infused in alcohol. For a children's holiday I bake a cake "Cherry in chocolate". The cakes are very similar to each other, the only thing in this recipe is that the berries “remain absolutely sober”. There are several ways to originally assemble and decorate such a cake at home. Today we will prepare a delicious honey “Cherry in Chocolate” with the fastest and easiest way to assemble.
Ingredients:
5 eggs;
250 gr sugar;
250 gr flour;
1.5 st. spoons of cocoa;
1 st. a spoonful of honey;
1 can of condensed milk;
100 gr of chocolate;
100 gr butter;
200 gr cherries.
How to make chocolate covered cherries
To prepare this delicious homemade cake, first you need to bake a honey biscuit. To do this, beat the eggs thoroughly.
Add sugar.
Then flour.
Now, the mixer can be set aside. Add cocoa and honey, mix well.
Pour the dough into the mold.
We send it to the oven heated to 200 ° C. The first 20 minutes is better not to touch the cake, so as not to fall. Then, readiness can be checked with a wooden splinter.
How to make cream from condensed milk
To do this, add chocolate to the condensed milk placed in a bowl.
Heat up, but do not bring to a boil. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool.
Add softened butter to the cooled cream and beat with a fork.
We divide the cream into two parts. To one, you can add a little warm boiled water or boiled milk, so that it is enough to dip all the pieces. Pour the finished cake with the second part.
Remember that cherries must be pitted. And it is very good if it is sour. Such sourness will remarkably dilute the rich sweetness of condensed milk cream.
How to quickly assemble a cherry cake
Cool the honey cake. We cut it along as in the photo above, trying to make the bottom very thin.
We save all cuts. Of these, we further collect the cake, dipping each piece in the cream.
We spread the mountain on a dish, periodically lay out the cherry. How many cherries I put - you can see in the photo.
If you want the cake to turn out more “wet”, then additionally pour the layers with cherry juice or syrup for stronger impregnation.
Pour the finished cake with cherries with the rest of the cream, decorate with cherries and any sweets at hand (these can be white and brown medals, marmalades ...). The photo shows that when decorating the cake, I managed only with white chocolate and cherries.
