Two-color biscuit "Marble" in a slow cooker
Classic biscuit, chocolate biscuit - it's delicious, but already familiar. What if you put them together? I propose to bake a two-color Marble biscuit in a slow cooker, which received its name due to its unusual coloring. A simple baking recipe will use step-by-step photographs of the main cooking steps.
Ingredients for Marble Biscuit:
- Wheat flour - 180 gr;
- Sugar - 160 gr;
- Chicken egg - 5 pcs.;
- Cocoa - 40 gr;
- Butter - 10 gr;
How to bake a biscuit in a slow cooker
I take a mixer, beat the chilled eggs until foamy and slowly add sugar. Whisk the mixture until it becomes a light cream color. Without ceasing to work with a mixer, gradually pour out the flour. I knead until a homogeneous mass.
I pour the third part of the dough into the second container and carefully add cocoa.
We have two types of test. I grease the circle cut out of parchment paper with oil and cover the bottom of the multicooker.
Now, the creative process begins. 😉 I pour the light dough into the bowl, put the dark dough in the middle.
I take a clean skewer and draw intricate streaks-patterns, starting from the middle of the chocolate dough.
I bake for an hour in the “Baking” mode with the multicooker lid closed.
It turns out such a delicious and beautiful two-color marble biscuit.
Such an unusual dessert can simply be covered with chocolate icing and cut into portioned pieces, and if desired, you can cut the Marble biscuit into two layers and grease with your favorite cream.
Happy tea!
