1/2 teaspoon of soda;
25 gr. chocolate (preferably bitter);
2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa;
2 pcs. chocolates.
How to make super chocolate cake
Beat a standard biscuit (eggs + sugar).
Melt the chocolate, pour into the condensed milk. Pour half a portion into the dough, leave the rest on the cream.
Add sour cream, cocoa powder, then flour and soda. Stir with a spatula (you can use a mixer).
Turn on the multicooker, press "baking". Fill the bowl with dough.
We are waiting for the finish signal (usually this happens after 40 minutes).
The cake should not stick to the walls of the bowl. We remove it carefully, the cake is soft, you can break it. Cool, preferably on a wire rack, so that the bottom does not get damp from condensation.
How to make chocolate cream
To prepare the cream, combine the condensed milk and chocolate that were set aside at the beginning of the recipe and knead well.
When the cream is ready, cover the cooled cake with it.
We give time to absorb a little, then decorate with crumbs from sweets and / or ground nuts.
If the cake turns out to be quite lush, then it makes sense to cut it lengthwise and smear the center with additional cream. In this case, it will be wetter and even tastier - a truly super moist chocolate cake will turn out.
