How to make waffle cake Bonoparte
We break the cookies so that we get a small crumb.
Separately, we make cream for waffle cakes. To do this, mix sour cream with sugar and let stand so that the sugar is completely dissolved in it. Then, pour the broken cookies into the cream.
Lubricate the waffle cake with condensed milk, put a mixture of cookies with sour cream and some grated nuts on top.
In turn, we smear all the waffle cakes in this way. What happens at this stage can be seen in the photo.
Separately, we cook cocoa-based fudge. Pour milk into a bowl, add butter, heat on the stove. Pour 100 g of sugar and cocoa powder. Mix everything thoroughly until bubbles appear on the surface.
Remove from heat and cool in a bowl. We get a homogeneous fudge, which is evenly poured over the cake. Sprinkle with grated nuts on top.
That's it, Bonaparte's no-bake waffle cake is ready. We let it stand for a couple of hours so that the cakes are soaked and become juicy.
A dessert made easily and simply with your own hands is served on the table with aromatic tea, compote or coffee.
