Cream cheese cream ingredients:
- fatty soft cottage cheese - 200 gr;
- cream 33% and above - 400 gr;
- white chocolate - 100 gr;
- lemon zest - 2 tsp;
- powdered sugar - 50 gr.
Ingredients for the chocolate layer:
- black chocolate - 100 gr;
- cream 33% and above - 50 gr;
- cognac - 2 tbsp.
How to make a biscuit cake with curd cream and chocolate layer
First of all, from the indicated ingredients, we need to bake a biscuit .
We leave it to cool and begin to prepare cottage cheese cream .
When we have two components ready, we will make a delicious chocolate impregnation. To do this, place the chocolate and cream broken into pieces in a small bowl. On low heat, stirring constantly, melt the chocolate. Pour brandy into a homogeneous chocolate mass and mix until smooth. You can not add alcohol to the impregnation for the cake. Cut the cooled biscuit into three layers.
We impregnate each biscuit layer with the third part of the chocolate impregnation. Leave for 5 minutes for the chocolate to harden a little.
