How to make instant coffee cake frosting
For preparation, I use regular instant coffee, which is available at the time of the implementation of the recipe. Yes, you will need a non-enameled saucepan. So, I fall asleep in a saucepan the entire portion of granulated sugar.
I pour coffee into a cup, pour boiling water over it, mix it. I pour thick coffee to sugar.
I put the saucepan on the fire. I bring the coffee contents to a boil, while stirring the ingredients. Boil on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
I cool the resulting coffee glaze. When the glaze has cooled, it should be mixed 2-3 times. That's basically it. You can then use the coffee icing on the water for its intended purpose. This is a good option for lean baking. But you can add butter to the cooled coffee glaze and mix well again.
With this cooking option, a delicate cream is obtained, which can be lubricated, for example, with a biscuit roll or cake layers.
In conclusion, I want to note that this coffee glaze attracts me not only with a minimal set of products, but also with ease of preparation.
