- The sponge cake will be the base of our cake. First, beat the eggs well, gradually adding sugar. After extinguishing the soda in sour cream, add the mixture to the eggs and, continuing to beat, gradually pour in the flour. After shifting the biscuit dough into a greased form, immediately send it to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- Cut the cooked and cooled biscuit cake in half.
Chocolate cookie balls
- Separately, prepare the third layer - the top of the cake. It will consist of small balls that do not require baking.
- First, mix cocoa and sugar - this will avoid the appearance of lumps. Add milk to the mixture, stir well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add butter and stir until completely dissolved.
- In the meantime, break the cookies into small pieces, pour them into the milk mixture and mix everything well. We form balls with a diameter of 2 cm and set them aside in the cold.
