Delicious chocolate cake Bird's milk with gelatin

The most delicious chocolate biscuit cake with a layer of delicate Bird's Milk cream in chocolate glaze is dedicated to all lovers of chocolate baking. This is just a mega delicious cake that will decorate any table and a holiday for any stomach. 🙂 I share my homemade recipe with photos that illustrate all the cooking steps step by step.

So we need:

- chicken egg - 4 pieces;
- sugar - 6 tbsp.
spoons; - premium wheat flour - 5 tbsp.
spoons; - gelatin - 1 tbsp.
spoon; - cocoa powder - 2 tbsp.
spoons; - vanilla sugar - 7 grams;
- chocolate icing or chocolate bar - 100 grams;
- butter - for greasing the bowl or baking dish;
- coconut flakes - for decoration;
- chocolates or figurines - for decoration.

I start preparing the cake with a cream that I make from proteins with gelatin.

First you need to separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip egg whites into firm foam. Add sugar little by little while continuing to work with the mixer. Add vanilla sugar along with sugar. Your whipped squirrels should turn out like in my photo.

Divide the resulting mass into two unequal parts. One, which is slightly larger, is used for the cake layer.

How to bake a chocolate sponge cake

In the second part, you need to enter all the yolks. Beat the yolks with a fork until smooth. Next, add the sifted flour and cocoa to the mass. Stir the dough for the chocolate biscuit . Put the dough in a baking dish or in a multi-bowl, brushing them with butter. Send a biscuit for baking. I bake in a slow cooker, turning on the “Baking” program for 35-40 minutes.

While the biscuit is being prepared, we continue to make the cream for the Bird's Milk cake.

Pour gelatin with water. For one tablespoon of gelatin, with a mountain, add four tablespoons of water. Water should be boiled and warm. After swelling, send the gelatin to the microwave so that it dissolves well. The same procedure can be done in a water bath.

While whisking with a mixer, introduce the gelatinous liquid into the foamy protein mass.

After baking, cool the biscuit at room temperature. Cut into two pieces. You can soak it in tea or syrup.

Put half of the biscuit on the bottom of the detachable form, on top of the bird's milk cream. Cover with the second piece of biscuit. Send the cake to the refrigerator to set. This will take a couple of hours.

It remains just to pour the cake on top with chocolate icing or melted chocolate.

You can decorate this delicious cake in different ways. I made it with coconut flakes, chocolate chips and dragee.
