First you need to bake the base of the cake - a delicious chocolate biscuit. Or rather, biscuits. After all, we need eight thin chocolate biscuit cakes. To prepare them, we need:
6 yolks,
5 whites,
2/3 tbsp.
sugar, 1/2 tsp
cream of tartar or other baking powder, 2 tbsp.
hot water, 2 tbsp.
cocoa powder, 5 tbsp
flour, 2 tbsp. starch

I can only say that on baking paper you need to draw and cut out 8 circles. The diameter of each of them should match the diameter of your cake pan. Our chocolate biscuit recipe is matched to a mold with a diameter of 20cm.
The dough should be divided into 8 parts and put on paper in a circle, gently leveling with a spatula.
It remains to send the cake to the oven. Baking time 5-8 minutes.
The last stage of baking is after the cakes have cooled, separate them from the paper.
Now, let's make the syrup for soaking the cakes. List of products for impregnating syrup:

sugar, 2 tbsp. liquor.

150 g dark chocolate,

How to make cream cake.
It is advisable to prepare the cream the day before its use. For this:
• bring the cream to a boil, but do not boil;
• pour hot cream over broken chocolate;
• for several hours (preferably overnight) put in the refrigerator;
• Beat well again before assembling the cake.
The final stage is the formation of the Truffle chocolate cake:
• impregnate cakes with syrup;
• smear them with cream, laying one on top of the other;
• Cover the top and sides with cream, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
The cake will look elegant if you decorate it with balls twisted from cream and cooled in the freezer. And you can decorate the cake with fresh strawberries or cherries. But this, as they say, is an amateur.
