- 150 grams of raw food poppy;
- 20 grams of powdered sugar with vanilla;
- 40 grams of liquid natural honey (or invert syrup );
- 125 ml of boiled water;
- 35-40 grams of dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots);
- 125 ml of water (boiling water) for dried fruits.
- 1 medium-sized chicken egg (C-2).
How to cook poppy seed filling
We measure the right amount of poppy seeds and powdered sugar with vanilla, put them in a blender bowl. With pulsating pressures, grind the sugar-poppy mass a little. I do five clicks for one second and I get this mixture.
Now, we shift the entire sugar-poppy mixture into a ladle and fill it with hot water. Boil for four or five minutes.
It's time to pay attention to dried fruits. Washed berries (dried apricots and raisins) are dipped in a bowl of boiling water and covered with a lid. After 13-15 minutes, lay the dried fruits on a towel so that they dry out a little. This field can be cut into small pieces.
Mix the egg and honey in a cup and mix vigorously with a fork. If honey is not suitable for use, use invert syrup or confectionery glucose.
We throw poppy on gauze and it needs to be squeezed out a little.
Now, mix pieces of dried fruit and egg with poppy seeds. We mix the poppy seed filling so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
