We start cooking the cream by bringing the milk to a boil and pour semolina into it in a thin stream, stirring constantly. On a small fire, cook the base for the cream for 7-10 minutes, of course, not forgetting to stir the semolina so that lumps do not form and do not burn.
Then, in hot semolina, melt the butter.
Add vanillin, powdered sugar and mix the cream for the cake.
Pour boiling water over lemons for five minutes, and then, peel them completely, cut each into four parts, remove the seeds from them, and chop the lemons themselves with a meat grinder or blender.
Add the lemon curd to the semolina and stir. As a result, the cream we get is such a thick and uniform, pleasant, slightly yellowish color. Lemon gives it not only color, but also a pleasant sourness.
