egg whites - 4 pcs.;

powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsp. (+/- to taste);

lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;

gelatin - 20 gr.

Milk Layer Ingredients:

cocoa - 2-3 tablespoons;

milk - 2 cups;

sugar powder or sugar - to taste;

gelatin - 10 gr.

How to make jelly cake Bird's milk

Soak the gelatin for the protein layer for 1 hour in water. Next, heat up and cool down.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Add icing sugar and lemon juice to egg whites.

Then, in a thin stream, pour the gelatin mixture into the proteins and beat at the same time.

Cook cocoa in the usual way and boil it for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Pour gelatin for the milk layer with water and leave for 1 hour. Next, heat up and add to cocoa.

Pour half of the cocoa into a mold, leave in the refrigerator until its consistency is slightly thickened.

Next, put the protein on the chocolate layer and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Slightly heat the rest of the cocoa layer and pour over the protein layer.

Send a delicious jelly cake for 1.5 hours in the refrigerator.

Put on a dish, turning upside down.
