Butter cake with salted caramel - tall and delicious

This salted caramel butter biscuit It is very easy to prepare and easy to use for making various cakes, because it goes well with any kind of cream . This time, from this magnificent biscuit I will make a New Year's cake called Candle. My step-by-step recipe with a photo will come in handy when you bake this caramel butter biscuit at home.

For cooking we need:

  • 170 grams of soft butter 72%;
  • 220 grams of sugar +5 grams of vanilla sugar;
  • 5 pieces of chicken eggs of D-1 caliber;
  • 340 grams of wheat flour (extra grade);
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 120 ml of milk 4% -6%;
  • 150 grams of salted caramel .

How to make Salted Caramel Butter Cake

Turn on the oven to heat up to 170°C.

Put soft butter in the bowl and start beating it. In two additions, add sugar mixed with vanilla and beat until fluffy. Now, we begin to introduce one egg at a time. As soon as the first egg is well connected with the butter, immediately add the next one. At this stage, it is very important to beat the mixture of butter and eggs well, since the splendor of the future biscuit depends on this.

Then, in turn, add milk and flour, mixed with baking powder, and beat until smooth. At the very end, add salted caramel, mix. Butter biscuit dough ready for baking.

We take a form d = 24 cm, cover it with parchment on all sides. It is not necessary to do this, I just don't like to cut the biscuit out of the mold, so I use this method. We shift all the caramel dough into the mold and place this mold in another baking dish d \u003d 28 cm. You can simply wrap the mold tightly with foil.

We put the whole structure in the oven and bake the biscuit until fully cooked and dry sticks. The baking time for me is different every time: from 40 minutes to 55. The finished caramel biscuit needs to be cooled on a wire rack. I got a high biscuit, as you can see in the photo, the height is 7 cm.

We wrap the completely cooled (!) lush biscuit in a film and transfer it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then, carefully cut off the top of the biscuit and cut it into cakes.
