Homemade cake Bird's milk with semolina and lemon

For the cake we need:
- Margarine "Creamy" - 150 gr;
- Eggs - 4 pcs.;
- Wheat flour - 250 gr;
- Sugar sand - 250 gr;
- Cocoa - 2 tsp;
- Baking powder (baking powder) - 1 tsp;
Products for glaze:
- Cocoa - 2 tablespoons;
- Sour cream - 120 gr;
- Sugar or powdered sugar - 150 gr;
- Butter - 50 gr.
How to make Bird's milk cake with semolina and lemon
The first thing to do is knead the dough for a biscuit. Put margarine, eggs, sugar in a blender bowl and beat everything.
Pour the baking powder into the flour and mix.
Then, pour the flour with baking powder into a blender and beat the dough again until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Since our cake will have two cakes - chocolate and white, the dough must be divided into two equal parts.
We bake the white cake first in a preheated oven for half an hour over low heat.

In the second portion of the dough, mix in the cocoa powder.
We bake the dark cake in the same way as the light one.

In the morning we will prepare icing on sour cream to decorate the finished cake Bird's milk . It is better to cook it in aluminum thick-walled dishes (so as not to burn).
Sour cream must be mixed with sugar and cocoa.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and immediately remove the mass from the heat, add the butter.
We take the cake out of the refrigerator and, until the icing is frozen, apply it gently spreading it over the surface of the cake with a tablespoon.
